I’m Kerry, a Reiki Master/Teacher and medium based in West Yorkshire. I specialise in helping those with specific health issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, menopause, insomnia, and more. I also work with individuals who feel stuck and seek to refocus their energies and find a new direction in life.

For years, I struggled with complex PTSD and relied on medication to get through life. Every day felt like survival, not living. I knew there had to be another way to heal my past trauma. I didn't want a life that was numb and medicated; I tried to heal and be present while doing so. That's when I found Reiki. After 12 sessions, I felt calm, balanced in my energies, and grounded. That's when my healing journey truly began.

In 2006, I completed my Reiki Level 1 & 2 training, along with my crystal healing journey. Shortly after, I discovered a passion for mediumship. Although I knew I was clairaudient, clairsentient, claircognizant, and claircognitive, I lacked direction on how to use my gifts. Since 2013, I’ve been developing my abilities, working with amazing coaches in NLP and feminine wound healing. I took my Reiki Level 3 in 2023 and completed my Reiki Master/Teacher training in October 2024.

My passion is to pass on my healing and teachings to others who need direction and healing in their lives. Let's heal together and refocus our energies for a brighter future.
