Cancellation Policy
I value your time and hope you'll value mine. To avoid missed calls, please note our cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows me to offer your time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice or missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable. This ensures that my time is respected and utilised efficiently.

Reiki Coaching Cancellation Policy
Due to limited space, I request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled coaching session to allow me to offer your spot to others. Call me at 07462094753 at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time or email me at klouisejackson@outlook.com
Cancellations made 2 or more days before the start of your coaching session will receive a refund of 75%. Cancellations made in less than 2 days will not be refunded.
